Special Terms and Conditions - Veja Giveaway Campaign
1. General Provisions
invesTRe is authorised as a Luxembourg investment firm and subject to the supervision of the Luxembourg financial sector supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF"), located at 283, route d'Arlon, L-1150 Luxembourg. InvesTRe is registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies' register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés Luxembourg) under the number B249656 and its registered office is located at 209, rue des Romains, L-8041 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
InvesTRe and Participants enter into these Special Terms and Conditions as part of the “Veja Giveaway Campaign” (hereinafter the “Campaign”).
These Special Terms and Conditions are in English. By participating in this Campaign with invesTRe, Participants represent that they fully understand this language.
By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to abide by these Special Terms and Conditions.
2. The Campaign
The Campaign refers to the promotional activity organized by invesTRe on Instagram, wherein Participants have the opportunity to win a Prize, as defined below, by fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria and Entry Requirements set out in these Special Terms and Conditions.
Please note that this campaign is not a partnership with the Veja brand, and all terms and conditions specified herein are solely for informational and promotional purposes.
3. The Campaign Period
The Campaign is valid from 01:00 on 18/04/2024 to 24:00 on 03/05/2024 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").
4. Eligibility Criteria
The Campaign is open to individual who are legal residents of countries within the European Union.
Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
Employees of invesTRe and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
5. Entry requirements
To enter the giveaway, participants must comply with the following three (3) cumulative criteria:
- Follow the official Instagram account of Moniflo.app;
- Like the giveaway post; and
- Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.
Only entries submitted during the Campaign Period will be considered.
6. Prize
The Prize for the Campaign will be a pair of Veja sneaker – Campo (value: 150 euros).
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Any warranty claims or issues related to the Prize should be addressed directly with the manufacturer or supplier.
7. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Campaign Period using an application called Simpliers.
The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 7 days of the Campaign end date.
The winner will also be requested to provide their email address via direct message on Instagram in order to collect the necessary information to send the Prize.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
By entering the Campaign, Participants agree to allow invesTRe to use their Instagram username and any content submitted for promotional purposes.
9. Data Privacy
Personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
10. Termination
These Special Terms and Conditions shall terminate at the end of the Campaign Period.
invesTRe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
11. General Terms
invesTRe reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Special Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent behavior.
These Special Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Special Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.
The courts of Luxembourg-City shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise from or in connection with these Special Terms and Conditions.
