International Women's Day – Special Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1. InvesTRe: InvesTRe is authorized as a Luxembourg investment firm under the supervision of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF"), located at 283, route d'Arlon, L-1150 Luxembourg. Registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies' register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés Luxembourg) under the number B249656, its registered office is at 209, rue des Romains, L-8041 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

2. InvesTRe and the Customer enter into these Special Terms and Conditions as part of the “March Campaign: International Women’s Day” (hereinafter the “Campaign”).

3. These Special Terms and Conditions are in English. By entering into a business relationship with InvesTRe, the Customer represents that they fully understand this language.

2. The Campaign

1. During the Campaign Period, the first 100 customers to invest a minimum of €500 (five hundred euros) into one (1) fund of their choice using the Moniflo Platform (hereinafter the “Investment”) and provide proof of the Investment within the Campaign Period via sending a screenshot of the Investment in their portfolio held on the Moniflo Platform (hereinafter the “Proof of Investment”) by email to hello@moniflo.com will be rewarded with €50 (fifty euros) on their payment account held with our third-party provider Mangopay (hereinafter the “Moniflo wallet”).

3. The Campaign Period

1. The Campaign is valid from 01:00 on 08/03/2024 to 24:00 on 20/03/2024 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").

4. Eligibility Criteria

1. To be eligible for the Campaign, the Customer must comply with the following three (3) cumulative criteria before the end of the Campaign Period:

2. The Customer entered into a business relationship with InvesTRe, following InvesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. In other words, InvesTRe should have received all documents, information, and data necessary for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. The Customer must send their order for the Investment, and the Investment must be settled during the Campaign Period.

4. The Customer must provide the Proof of Investment by email to hello@moniflo.com.

5. Additionally, the Customer must keep the Investment for at least twelve (12) consecutive months from the settlement date of the Investment. If redemption is made earlier, the €50 (fifty euros) awarded on their Moniflo wallet can be reclaimed at the discretion of InvesTRe.

5. Termination

1. These Special Terms and Conditions shall terminate at the end of the Campaign Period.

2. InvesTRe reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. This Termination shall not imply the termination of the business relationship between InvesTRe and the Customer.

6. General Terms

1. The Campaign does not affect any fees associated with the business relationship between the Customer and InvesTRe.

2. The Customer is still bound to all provisions of InvesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. These Special Terms and Conditions shall not supersede or modify any of these. The Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood InvesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading and Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

1. These Special Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.

2. The courts of Luxembourg-City shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise from or in connection with these Special Terms and Conditions and the business relationship between InvesTRe and the Customer.
