Terms and Conditions of the Referral Program

This policy applies specifically to our referral program for the waiting list and / or user accounts in the Moniflo app. The app is developed and managed by InvesTRe S.A ("InvesTRe" or "Moniflo").

By participating in our Referral Program, you can invite others to join Moniflo and earn exciting rewards. We value your support and believe in building a strong community together.

Your participation is voluntary and subject to the conditions outlined below. If you have any questions, our support team is here to help.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1    Eligibility

• The Program is open to all natural people who are at least 18 years old and resident in the EU.
• Participants of the “Refer a Friend Program” (the “Program”) include people who are already in the Referral Program and Moniflo users (“the Referrers”) and the invited Friend (“Invited Friend”).
• Employees, representatives, or affiliates of Moniflo are not eligible to participate in the Program.
• The referral bonus (outlined in section 3) will only be paid per Invited Friend when the criteria under sec. 2 are fulfilled and there is no limitation as set forth under sec. 4.
• The referral cash bonus program (outlined in section 2) is subject to completion of the terms set out in section 3, and will only be paid per Invited Friend when the criteria under sec. 2 are fulfilled and there is no limitation as set forth under sec. 4.

2    How the Referral Program Works

• To participate in the Referral Program, and have a tree planted for you and a friend, simply invite your friends and family to join our online community by signing up on the www.moniflo.com website and completing the step.
• Steps include signing up with their email address and accepting our Terms and Conditions and verifying their email. Once verified, the invited friend will have successfully entered our online community.
• How do you invite a friend? Once you have entered our online community you will be given a unique referral code. Send this referral code to your friends and they should join the community using this link. Feel free to share your link everywhere, it does not need to just be friends and family, it can be within other online communities and new groups.  
• Cash Bonus Prize: The top 100 tree planters - the individuals with the most successful referrals prior to the app's launch - will be rewarded with a chance to win one of 41 cash prizes worth up to €1,000. The 41 winners will be picked from a random prize draw. These cash prizes will be credited to the winners' investing wallet, accessible through the Moniflo app.
• To qualify for this opportunity, you need to download the app and create an account within 30 working days from the official launch of the investing app. No referrals made after the official launch of the app will count towards this campaign. You must also successfully pass the KYC stage during the onboarding process and top-up your wallet at least once to be eligible for the draw. The draw will take place after 31 working days from the app's official launch.
• You will receive an email notification, and you'll have an additional 7 days to ensure you meet the criteria. These criteria include successfully creating an account within the Moniflo investing app, loading funds into your investing wallet within the Moniflo App, and ensuring that your invited friends have also created accounts within the Moniflo investing app.
• Moniflo reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

3    Program Rewards

• Both the Referrer and Invited Friend must comply with these terms and conditions to be eligible for all rewards.
• The rewards for successful referrals will be determined by Moniflo and may vary from time to time. Specific details regarding the rewards will be communicated to the Referrers and Invited Friends at the time of participation.
• Rewards earned through the Program are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of credit.

4    Fraud and Abuse

• Moniflo reserves the right to disqualify any participants who engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including but not limited to:
• Creating multiple accounts to refer oneself
• For the avoidance of doubt, existing Customers cannot refer themselves as new customers
• Using false information to register for the Program;
• Misrepresenting the Program or Moniflo's services to potential Invited Friends
• If fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected, Moniflo may withhold rewards and take appropriate legal action against the offending participants.
• We accept no liability for any use of the Referral Program which does not comply with this Agreement.

5    Program Changes and Termination:

Moniflo may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Changes to the Program will be effective immediately upon posting on Moniflo's website or notification to participants.

6    General Terms

• Participation in the Program is voluntary, and participants acknowledge that the Program is not intended to create any employment or agency relationship between Moniflo and the participants.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/Region where Moniflo operates], and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive authority of the courts of Luxembourg.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Moniflo and the participants concerning the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• By participating in the Moniflo Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Moniflo reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes.
• Application / app Launch: The official launch date of the live product. Meaning where investors can make live investments into active funds.
• Referral code/link: A unique and sharable link or code that can be shared.
• Referral bonus: The bonus that is rewarded when a referral is successful
• Referrer / Inviter: A individual who is part of the referral program and invites friends.
• Invited Friends: A individual who is invited to the program
• Sign-up: When an account has been created within the offical investment app.

7    Data Protection

You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with.
