- General Provisions
- invesTRe S.A. (hereinafter the “The Company InvesTRe”) is authorised as a Luxembourg investment firm and subject to the supervision of the Luxembourg financial sector supervisory authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ("CSSF"), located at 283, route d'Arlon, L-1150 Luxembourg.
invesTRe S.A. is registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies' register (Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés Luxembourg) under the number B249656 and its registered office is located at 209, rue des Romains, L-8041 Bertrange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
- InvesTRe and the Customer (Defined as anyone who has downlaoded the Moniflo application and met the terms as set out in clause 4.)enter into these Special Terns and Conditions as part of the “ Bright Friday: Zero Fees Campaign” (hereinafter the “Campaign”).
- These Special Terms and Conditions are in English. By entering into the business relationship with invesTRe, the Customer represents that it fully understands this language.
- The Campaign
- The Customer will be exempted from the fees for any transfer of cash in and out of its Mangopay e-wallet (payment account), as described in invesTRe’s fees schedule available on invesTRe’s website and mobile application.
- The Campaign Period
- The Campaign is valid from Wednesday 27th November 09:00 to Monday 2nd December 23:59 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period", “the Termination”).
- Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for the Campaign and benefit from the no-fee offer during the Campaign Period, the Customer must comply with the following two (2) cumulative criteria, ensuring that Step 1 is completed before the Campaign and Step 2 is completed during the Campaign Period:
- The Customer entered into a business relationship with invesTRe, in accordance with invesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. In other words, invesTRe must have received all documents, information, and data that invesTRe considers necessary or may reasonably require in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations and internal policies and procedures in relation to identification and verification of the Customer's identity, the performance of customer due diligence, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, tax compliance, sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-bribery and fraud screening and checks, and any other verification of the Customer's identity and origin of assets and wealth, as may be required by applicable laws and regulations and invesTRe's internal policies and procedures; and
- The Customer transfers IN cash on its Mangopay e-wallet (payment account) during the Campaign Period.
- In the event of technical issues during the entry into business relationship or the transfer IN cash, invesTRe reserves the right to decide on the Customer’s eligibility to the Campaign at its own discretion.
- Termination
- These Special Terms and Conditions shall terminate at the end of the Campaign Period.
- InvesTRe reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
- This Termination shall not imply the termination of the business relationship between invesTRe and the Customer.
- General Terms
- The Campaign does not affect any other fees associated with the business relationship between the Customer and invesTRe.
- The Customer is still bound to all provisions of invesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading. These Special Terms and Conditions shall not supersede or modify any of these. The Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood invesTRe’s General Terms and Conditions for Trading and Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law
- These Special Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.
- The courts of Luxembourg-City shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise from or in connection with these Special Terms and Conditions and the business relationship between invesTRe and the Customer.
