Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Marketing Manager at Moniflo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving growth across multiple markets. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and have the opportunity to develop a team, manage various marketing channels, and contribute to the overall success of our app. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:some text
    • Lead and manage a team of interns and junior marketing staff.
    • Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  2. Social Media / Content Management:some text
    • Oversee the management of organic social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
    • Manage website content, keeping it up-to-date and aligned with our brand.
    • Lead content creation efforts and provide creative direction.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
    • Create marketing collateral to support various campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Lifecycle Marketing:some text
    • Develop and manage our CRM and communications strategy.
    • Execute effective email and in-app marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and retention.
  4. Creative Direction:some text
    • Oversee design and brand management to ensure a cohesive and appealing visual identity.
    • Define and maintain the brand's tone of voice across all channels.
  5. Moniflo Investing School:some text
    • Plan and coordinate events, including managing stakeholders and logistics.
    • Ensure successful execution of educational initiatives to enhance user knowledge and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and developing marketing strategies.
  • Native German or French skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have:

  • Experience creating creative assets with Figma.
  • Experience managing or running omnichannel CRM campaigns.
  • Previous experience in the fintech sector.
